Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment is seeking a full-time remote Customer Service Associate to handle inbound calls about shipping, returns, warranties, and parts tracking using Talkdesk, delivering friendly, accurate service from home. We value automotive knowledge and proactive problem solving; ASE certifications or automotive experience are preferred.

A high-speed internet connection and Windows familiarity are required.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is a plus.
• Proficient with Computers and other desktop applications.
• ASE Certifications preferred.
• Automotive knowledge, at least 2 years’ experience in the automotive field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service utilizing Talkdesk for shipping, returns, warranties, refunds and tracking.
• Other duties to be assigned as needed.
