Summit Racing Equipment is seeking a remote Customer Care Associate to help customers with orders, track shipments, returns, warranties and part selection. You’ll use Talkdesk to provide friendly, problem-solving service and learn automotive details over time.

Qualified applicants reside in OH, FL, GA, TN or TX as the role supports a nationwide customer base. Training is provided; overtime may occur during peak times and evenings.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• ASE certifications preferred.
• Automotive knowledge or 2+ years in automotive industry preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and provide friendly, professional service.
• Address post-sale questions and concerns.
• Use company equipment and Talkdesk to assist customers.
• Overtime may be required during peak call volume periods.
