Job summary

Ravago Americas seeks a Market Development Manager - Automotive to lead growth across Automotive customers, including OEMs and large multilocation molders. You will partner with Sellers and Business Managers to accelerate pipeline and align supplier strategies with financial outcomes.

The role requires 5+ years in polymers/brand strategy, a valid driver’s license, English proficiency, and the ability to work remotely within the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or related training; equivalent experience considered.
• 5+ years selling, brand management and strategy development in polymers preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Proficiency in English; bilingual Spanish or Portuguese a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and execute the Automotive growth strategy to generate new business and above-market growth.
• Manage a disciplined pipeline across Sellers, Business Managers, and suppliers to ensure growth.
• Train Sellers on new product introductions and market opportunities to support new business wins.
• Collaborate with Marketing to deploy Automotive-specific campaigns and materials.
• Develop territory-level Automotive business plans guiding Seller focus and growth.
• Maintain a robust CRM with opportunity status, next steps, and forecasted growth.
