Ravago Manufacturing Americas seeks a Market Development Manager – Automotive to lead and execute growth strategies across automotive customers, from multilocation sites to OEMs. You will partner with Sellers and Business Managers to drive pipeline, close deals, and strengthen supplier relationships to deliver above‑market growth.

You will enable the sales team with product training, market insights, and strategic supplier alignment, while collaborating on marketing initiatives and key account

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in selling, brand management and strategy development in polymers preferred.
• Proven ability to develop and execute growth strategies for automotive markets.
• Strong communication and presentation skills in cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead Automotive growth strategy and drive new business across key accounts.
• Manage pipeline with Sellers, Business Managers, and suppliers to accelerate opportunities.
• Equip Sellers with training on products, supply strategy priorities, and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with OEMs and multilocation molders to expand CPA presence in Automotive.
• Develop and refine comprehensive Automotive business plans with cross-functional partners.
• Provide market intelligence to guide opportunity identification and solution positioning.
• Maintain accurate CRM visibility of opportunities and forecasted growth.
• Work with Marketing on Automotive campaigns and trade show strategies.
