Job summary

Ravago Americas is seeking a Market Development Manager – Automotive to lead the growth strategy for CPA’s Automotive segment. You will drive new business, partner with Sellers, and align supplier programs to win large multi-location OEMs and molders.

This remote role emphasizes pipeline discipline, training, and strategic collaboration with Business Managers and Marketing. The role requires strong English proficiency, a background in polymers or related markets, and the ability to travel for

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or related training.
Equivalent experience considered in lieu of degree.
5+ years of experience in selling, brand management and strategy development in polymers preferred.
Valid driver’s license – required.
Excellent written and spoken English; bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese is a plus.

Responsibilities

Lead the Automotive growth strategy and drive pipeline from field to close.
Match supplier capabilities and solutions to customer needs with Business Managers and Technical Service.
Maintain a robust CRM pipeline with visibility on status, next steps, and forecasted growth.
Develop territory-level Automotive business plans based on data, supplier strategies, and market intelligence.
Collaborate with Marketing to deploy Automotive-specific campaigns and materials.
