Job summary

Westlake Floorplan Company, a division of Westlake Financial Services, seeks an experienced Automotive Floorplan Portfolio Manager in Omaha. You will build and manage a dealer portfolio, sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure high‑level servicing while addressing risks. Travel required, bilingual English/Spanish strongly preferred.

The role emphasizes relationship building, market analysis, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize client satisfaction and financial performance.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in related field and 3 years of related experience; or equivalent combo.
• 2+ years related experience in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.

Responsibilities

• Sales management: develop and implement strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients; build relationships with dealership owners; identify opportunities for portfolio growth; conduct market research.
• Servicing: oversee servicing of floorplan portfolio; monitor performance; collaborate with cross-functional teams; provide training and support to dealerships.
• Risk management: monitor conditions and performance; develop risk assessment models; ensure policy/compliance; monitor portfolio performance.
