Westlake Floorplan Company in Rochester, NY is seeking an Automotive Floorplan Territory Manager to build and manage a portfolio of automotive dealerships. You will sign dealerships, drive sales, and ensure servicing of accounts while managing related risks.

This role requires strong industry knowledge and a proven track record in client relationships. Travel will be greater than 75% with some overnight stays; remote work is available.

Qualifikationen

• BA/BS in related field or equivalent experience; 2+ years in finance, sales, account management and/or collections.

Aufgaben

• Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire and retain dealer clients.
• Build and maintain relationships with dealership owners and key decision‑makers.
• Identify opportunities for portfolio growth by presenting financing solutions.
• Conduct market research to remain competitive and align services with industry trends.
• Oversee the servicing of the automotive floorplan portfolio, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Monitor account performance and proactively address client issues.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline processes and enhance customer experience.
• Provide training and support to dealerships on financing solutions and services.
• Monitor dealership conditions and performance.
• Develop and maintain risk assessment models to evaluate dealership creditworthiness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the portfolio performance including loan balances, dealer performance, and payment trends.
