Job summary

Zurich North America seeks a Regional Income Development Executive to lead automotive F&I sales in the Atlanta region, covering Georgia and parts of nearby states. You will cultivate dealer relationships, drive production, and coordinate referrals within large franchised dealers.

The role offers a base salary with a generous no-cap incentive plan, comprehensive benefits, and a company car. A bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales are required; dealership experience and F&I product knowledge are

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2 or more years of experience in the sales area.
• Strong knowledge of principles of sales, sales techniques, and sales terminology.
• Dealership training experience and knowledge of F&I products preferred.
• Ability to multi-task

Responsibilities

• Cultivate relationships and drive production in current accounts and referrals in the Large Franchised Automotive Dealers space.
• Support growth and profitability through ongoing training and development within dealerships.
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders via email/intranet/newsletter to maintain relationships.
• Attend conferences, seminars and meetings to promote Zurich’s marketing efforts as needed.
• Understand changing IT requirements of customer accounts and gain internal buy‑in to maintain relationships.
