Job summary

Summit Racing Equipment is hiring for a remote full-time Customer Service role. You’ll assist customers with orders, tracking, returns, and warranty questions, helping them find the right automotive parts and solutions.

The position offers starting pay of $15.50 per hour with potential increases based on automotive knowledge, education, and experience. Schedule is 3:30 PM–Midnight ET, Monday–Friday, with alternating Saturday shifts and a training period.

Qualifications

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Automotive knowledge or at least 2 years of automotive industry experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Help customers with orders, including tracking packages, returns, and warranty questions.
• Assist customers in finding the right automotive part and provide solutions.
• Respond to inquiries via phone or chat and use available tools to resolve issues quickly.
