Job summary

Gallagher Bassett seeks an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage Auto Liability claims and complex bodily injury matters with nationwide jurisdiction. The role is eligible for remote work.

You will investigate, evaluate, and resolve claims, collaborate with clients, and apply policy procedures while maintaining regulatory compliance. A high school diploma and 6+ years of claims experience are required; licenses in TX, FL, GA preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 6 years related claims experience. Must be actively managing litigation.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.
• Bachelor's Degree (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims (160 claims files) using experience to reach resolution.
• Work in partnership with clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
