Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking a Claims Adjuster with Auto Liability expertise. This role handles complex claims, collaborates with clients and teams, and requires multi-state licensing.

You will work remotely from anywhere in the United States, applying industry standards and strong communication to deliver timely resolutions. The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of claims experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and relevant licenses.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma.
• Minimum of 5 years related claims experience.
• Appropriate licensing and/or certification in all states in which claims are being handled.
• Knowledge of accepted industry standards and practices.
• Computer experience with related claims and business software.

Responsibilities

• Analyze claims exposure and resolve claims to proper course of action.
• Interact with parties involved in the claim process for effective communication and resolution.
• Provide exceptional customer service to claimants while following client and company policies.
• Document and communicate claim activity timely to support the claim file outcome.
• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims using experience and analytical skills.
