Job summary

Gallagher Bassett is seeking an experienced Claims Adjuster to manage high-exposure auto liability claims from inception through resolution. You will investigate bodily injuries, analyze coverage, and negotiate settlements while coordinating with defense counsel.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in claims, multi-jurisdictional experience, and active licenses in TX/FL/GA. This role supports nationwide coverage with remote eligibility and a collaborative, client-focused culture.

Qualifications

• High-exposure and litigated auto liability claims handling from inception through resolution.
• Complex bodily injury investigations.
• Coverage analysis and liability determination.
• Settlement negotiations and mediation participation.
• Partnership with defense counsel throughout the litigation process.
• TPA claims experience preferred.
• Experience managing multi-jurisdictional claim exposures.
• Jurisdictional experience nationwide.
• Active Adjusters' licenses in TX, FL, GA.

Responsibilities

• Investigate, evaluate, and resolve Auto Liability claims, applying your claims experience to bring claims to resolution.
• Work in partnership with our clients to deliver innovative solutions and enhance the claims management process.
• Think critically, solve problems, plan, and prioritize activities to optimally serve clients.
