Qualifications

• 7–10 years of demonstrated ability handling Commercial General Liability Claims, including complex litigation, bodily injury, and property damage.
• 4 years of prior leadership experience.
• Nationwide jurisdictional experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide a liability claims team to deliver high-quality, efficient service.
• Promote GB's Best Practices in claims handling across the team.
• Drive talent by leading adjuster hiring and training, and fostering performance improvement.
• Define team goals, motivate performance, and manage workloads for optimal efficiency.
• Leverage Gallagher technology to enhance team productivity and service quality.
• Communicate with clients, carriers, and brokers in a professional, proactive manner.
• Identify coaching opportunities and position team members for development.
