You’ll operate in a structured schedule, meet metrics, and use multiple systems and virtual desktops. Training is provided, and a supportive culture focuses on growth and belonging.

Qualifikationen

• 6+ months in a call-center environment.
• 1+ year sales experience.
• 1+ year customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cars or interest in learning about cars.
• Strong verbal and written communication.
• Organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.

Aufgaben

• Handle 40-100 calls per day depending on season.
• Highlight and sell membership benefits.
• Put customers first and take action to improve their experience.
• Follow on-call procedures and document every interaction.
