Job summary

Velocitii is hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives to assist clients with auto insurance questions and deliver high-quality service from a home office. Starting pay is $16-16.50/hour with paid training; weekend premiums add $1.00/hour.

Qualifications

• 6+ months in a call-center experience.
• 1+ year of customer service experience.
• Knowledge of cars and/or interest in learning about cars.
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems.
• Experience in a virtual desktop environment.
• Distraction-free remote workspace.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Participate in virtual interviews using a computer with a working camera.

Our client operates Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST, and Saturday/Sunday 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll be the friendly voice our clients’ members rely on. In this fast-paced role, you’ll help customers with their classic auto insurance questions, resolve concerns, and make every interaction feel effortless.

Put customers first and take action to improve their experience

Work within a highly structured role with set start/ends times and scheduled breaks
