Job summary

Huntington Bank is seeking an Auto Finance Portfolio Manager III to deepen and retain profitable dealer relationships while proactively evaluating credit risks in the Auto Finance portfolio. You will oversee underwriting, monitoring, and negotiation of commercial dealer loans, with opportunities to lead complex transactions and collaborate across product lines.

The role requires 5+ years in auto dealer finance, underwriting, and sales, plus a bachelor's degree.

Qualifications

5+ years working with automotive dealer groups.
5+ years Commercial Auto Finance Underwriting Experience.
5+ years Commercial Auto Sales Experience.
Bachelor's Degree

Responsibilities

Develop automotive dealer relationships through outside calling in the assigned market.
Uncover and negotiate new commercial loan opportunities for dealer prospects.
Follow credit policy, underwriting guidelines and recommend dealer loans.
Service portfolio with dealer monitoring and financial reviews while prospecting new customers.
Manage portfolio, assess market risks and general business conditions.
Assist Product Specialists in selling and servicing bank products.
Handle very large exposures and complex loans, including syndications.
Organize work flow and coach other colleagues as needed.
Some travel may be required.
