Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and complete estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage, estimate vehicle damage, and assist insureds through the claims process with service.
• Use automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates.
• Provide technical support to claim handlers on vehicle repair issues.
• Evaluate bid content, photo documentation, damage and causation issues.
• Interact with customers and repair shops via inbound/outbound calls; maintain professional service.
