Job summary

Element Partners is seeking an Automotive Digital Sales Manager who can take a customer from first click to signed contract to delivered vehicle—without ever stepping foot in a showroom.

You will own the deal end to end, remotely, closing it with real numbers, digital financing, and home delivery coordination while building the digital retailing channel.

Qualifications

• Proven remote closes: sold cars to customers you never met in person.
• Desking ability: structure a deal, work a payment grid, maintain gross margins.
• F&I comfort: know products, menu, and compliance.
• Real digital retailing experience with tools such as CarNow, Roadster, Modal, Gubagoo, Darwin.
• CRM fluency with VinSolutions, eLead, DriveCentric or similar.
• Camera presence on video calls as a primary selling tool.
• Compliance literacy: Red Flags, OFAC, Reg B/Reg Z, e-signature requirements.

Responsibilities

• Handle leads from first contact to funded deal.
• Present numbers over video and screen share with full transparency.
• Appraise trades remotely via photos/videos and interviews.
• Take credit applications and desk your own deals with lender coordination.
• Present and sell F&I products digitally with compliant menus.
• Run e-contracting and e-signature start to finish, including title/registration.
• Coordinate home delivery and post-sale follow-up to drive repeat business.
• Maintain rapid response times and clean CRM pipeline.
