Job summary

Maritz Automotive Solutions is seeking a results-driven Automotive Digital Retail Implementation Manager to join our dynamic team. This remote role requires residing in Dallas, TX and up to 70% travel; you will serve as SME for OEM Digital Retailing systems and lead dealership implementations.

You will train users, manage milestones, analyze performance metrics, and partner with dealership teams and vendor partners to drive adoption and measurable impact across the program.

Qualifications

• Background in dealership consulting or automotive retail operations.
• Experience with dealership and automotive retail software platforms (DMS, CRM, digital retailing).
• Knowledge of desking or F&I processes and strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the SME on the OEM Digital Retailing program and dealership operations.
• Lead and facilitate user training and ongoing support across implementation phases.
• Ensure dealership personnel meet turnaround times for milestones and mitigate risks.
• Build partnerships with dealership teams and vendor partners to drive adoption.
• Deliver presentations and product demos using established materials.
• Develop actionable plans with dealerships aligned to their processes.
• Monitor performance metrics and leverage data to identify opportunities.
• Travel up to 70% and manage program-related expenses as per guidelines.
