Job summary

Shift Digital is seeking a Business Partner Sales Consultant to support automotive dealer sales, collaborate with OEMs, and drive digital marketing program optimization across North America. The role involves educating dealers, presenting solutions, and cross-training teams on CRM principles and sales processes.

We’re looking for candidates with a track record selling to automotive dealerships, strong communication skills, and the ability to mentor others toward success.

Qualifications

• Experience articulating value of CRM principles and sales processes.
• Ability to present and mentor across dealer networks.

Responsibilities

• Educate dealers and OEM field network on sales and process opportunities.
• Provide field support for regional meetings, presentations and seminars.
• Train personnel on reporting tools and adult learning methods.
• Generate daily consultation recaps with actionable items for OEM and dealers.
• Drive adoption of existing retailer technologies and processes.
