Job summary

Toyota West Mobile is seeking an Automotive Internet Sales Manager to lead and optimize our digital sales operations. You’ll manage inbound internet leads, drive online-to-showroom conversions, and develop a high-performing team delivering a seamless, modern customer experience.

This role requires strong CRM and digital retailing know-how, the ability to turn high-volume inquiries into appointments and sales, and proven leadership to coach a motivated team in a fast-paced automotive dealership

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales with a focus on Internet/BDC or digital lead management.
• Proven success converting internet leads to appointments and sales.
• Strong understanding of CRM systems and online lead platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Data-driven mindset with ability to analyze performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage all incoming internet leads to ensure timely follow-up.
• Recruit, hire, train, and oversee internet sales team.
• Develop processes for handling digital inquiries via email, phone, and text.
• Collaborate with sales desk to structure deals from online inquiry to showroom sale.
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and pipelines.
• Analyze lead sources and campaign performance to improve ROI.
• Coordinate with marketing to optimize online presence and promotions.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction with transparent buying experience.
• Train team on best practices for digital communication and appointment setting.
