Qualifikationen

• 3–5 years of automotive diagnostics experience, including dealership or remote service technician roles.
• Strong understanding of DTC diagnostics, CAN bus, and module programming.
• Comfortable using digital platforms and remote diagnostic environments.
• Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
• OEM-specific training and/or ASE certifications preferred.
• Experience with VinFast, Tesla, or similar EV platforms is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Create initial repair plans by reviewing DTCs, symptoms, and customer complaints.
• Determine likely causes and recommend next diagnostic or repair steps.
• Support field technicians and partner shops in executing complex repairs including programming and EV systems.
• Engage with partner shops via RepairWise RO system to document findings and provide repair direction.
• Collaborate with remote service advisors to align repair strategy and customer communication.
• Ensure repairs follow OEM warranty guidelines and document non-compliance or deviations.
