Job summary

Morley seeks a skilled automotive consultant to support field technicians remotely from Indiana. The role begins with on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, and centers on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems.

You will access up-to-date repair data and collaborate with experienced peers to resolve complex vehicle issues. The position offers a steady schedule Monday–Friday, comprehensive medical/dental/vision benefits, a 401(k) with match, paid time off and holidays.

Qualifications

• Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs through inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to provide expert help on repairs.
• Complete initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan to support field techs from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from leaders.
• Grow professionally within the Morley team.
