Job summary

Morley is seeking ASE-Certified Auto Technicians to join a remote support team working from home in the United States. You will assist field service technicians via phone, chat and email and specialize in EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems for domestic vehicles.

The role begins with on-site training in Saginaw, Michigan, to equip you for home‑based support. A background check, high school diploma, 2 ASE certifications, and strong customer service experience are required.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement from Morley).
• Must have the ability to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs through inbound and outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems; provide expert help on repairs.
• Begin with an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan to support field techs from home.
• Access latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from consultants and leaders.
• Seek opportunities for growth and advancement within the Morley team.
