Job summary

A growing automotive diagnostics company is seeking remote Technicians with a strong GM Dealership background. Candidates should have at least five years of hands-on experience in automotive repairs, with two years as a diagnostic master. This hourly position involves performing remote diagnostic scans to support vehicle repairs in collision facilities. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, and a 401k plan. Candidates with customer service experience and bilingual skills (Spanish) are a plus.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on automotive repairs.
• 2+ years as a diagnostic master/lead technician.
• 1 year customer interaction experience.
• ASE or OEM certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform remote diagnostic scans using advanced tools.
• Assist in repair reconfiguration and calibration.
• Communicate findings to other technicians and clients.
