Job summary

Morley Companies, Inc. is seeking an experienced automotive consultant to support field service techs from a home office. In this role you will assist via phone and email, focusing on EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain, or infotainment systems.

Initial on-site training will occur in Saginaw, Michigan, with ongoing access to the latest repair data and guidance from a team of engineers and fellow consultants. This remote position offers a balanced schedule and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of recent experience as a mechanic in a full-service shop.
• Two ASE certifications (or you can get them within six months of hire with reimbursement).
• Valid driver's license.
• One or more years of customer service experience (call center, retail, etc.).
• Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist field service techs via inbound/outbound phone, chat and email.
• Specialize in automotive EV, engine, electrical, drivetrain or infotainment systems to provide expert help.
• Complete an initial training program in Saginaw, Michigan to support field techs from a home office.
• Access the latest technical data and repair strategies with guidance from colleagues.
