National Credit Center seeks Account Executives to win new dealership customers for auto-credit solutions. You will own an outbound, high-activity territory, contacting dealership decision-makers and closing business with a concise value proposition.

Role emphasizes B2B outbound selling to auto dealerships, with required experience in auto retail and a hunter mindset. The position offers a remote environment, uncapped commissions, and an accelerated path to earnings.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience selling software, marketing, data, compliance, or other products to auto dealerships.
• Previous experience working in the auto retail environment.
• Hunter mindset: capable of opening doors, handling rejection, creating urgency, and asking for the business.
• Ability to speak credibly with dealership leadership and connect solutions to their priorities.
• Strong organization, follow-through, coachability, and accountability in a metrics-driven environment.
• Experience using Salesforce or a comparable CRM to manage pipeline and daily activity.

Responsibilities

• Prospect daily through outbound calls, emails, social outreach, and follow-up to build a healthy pipeline.
• Own the full sales cycle from initial contact to discovery, presentation, negotiation, and signature.
• Reach dealership owners and F&I leaders with concise, relevant messaging.
• Translate NCC's auto-credit capabilities into clear dealership value and profitability.
• Maintain accurate opportunities, activity, next steps, and forecasts in Salesforce.
• Meet or exceed activity, pipeline, conversion, and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and internal teams for a smooth handoff and great customer experience.
