The Doan Group is seeking an experienced Automotive Appraiser to join our team. You will inspect damaged vehicles, document findings, and determine vehicle value based on repair estimates and market data.

The ideal candidate is methodical, detail-oriented, and communicates clearly in writing and negotiation. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required, with flexible work-from-home options available.

Qualifications

• Experience as an Automotive Appraiser is preferred.
• Excellent written communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work with little supervision.
• Active driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and document files (set up inspection appointments and document accordingly)
• Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
• Determine the extent of damage
• Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
• Determine vehicle value and provide documentation
