Job summary

The Doan Group - CT, ME, NH, VT, & VA is seeking an experienced Automotive Appraiser to join our team. You will inspect damaged vehicles, determine repair needs, and assess value with accuracy and clear documentation.

The ideal candidate is methodical with strong written and verbal communication, capable of negotiating repair estimates and working independently with minimal supervision.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred
• Previous experience as an Automotive Appraiser is preferred
• Excellent written communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work with little or no supervision

Responsibilities

• Perform physical inspections of damaged vehicles
• Determine the extent of damage
• Document repairs needed and review repair shop estimates
• Determine vehicle value and provide documentation
