Job summary

Auto Club Services is seeking a Temporary Claim Representative II to support Auto Physical Damage (APD) claims. This remote 3-6 month assignment involves handling moderately complex claims from review to resolution, investigating losses, negotiating settlements, and documenting activity in the claims system.

The role requires a High School diploma, completion of ACG Claim Representative Training (or equivalent), and eligibility to obtain a State Adjuster's license within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Review and manage moderately complex APD claims through resolution.

• Inspect vehicles and prepare damage estimates; negotiate settlements.
• Monitor repairs and rental expenses; refer claims as needed.
