Job summary

Auto Club Enterprises is seeking a Claims Senior Auto Adjuster to support the Auto Claims Operations by handling material damage, property damage, and liability claims in compliance with regulatory requirements.

The role involves liability investigations, coverage evaluation and negotiations for moderate-complexity claims under limited supervision. Experience with claims software and Microsoft Office is preferred; a valid P&C license is required or will be pursued within 60 days where applicable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 1-3 years claims handling experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of claims administration practices and procedures.
• Understanding of vehicle repair processes and procedures.
• Knowledge of fault assessment, negligence and subrogation principles.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with insureds and claimants and explain benefits and process.
• Identify statements from insureds, claimants and witnesses; conduct investigations.
• Evaluate and negotiate within settlement authority to resolve claims across markets.
• Assist with estimates, damages, and claims analysis using relevant tools.
