Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group in the United States is seeking an Associate Auto Claims Advisor for a remote role. You will investigate and settle non-injury auto claims, explain coverages, gather police reports and statements, and coordinate with other adjusters while keeping the member informed.

The role requires a High School Diploma or 2 years of customer-facing remote experience, flexibility to work various shifts, and potential licensure as required by state. Training provided and paid.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED or 2 years in a customer-facing remote environment.
• Ability to train and perform in a remote setting; meet work-from-home requirements.
• May require Adjuster license as required by state.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• O manages a diary system to review and resolve claims within state guidelines.
• Opens claims, collects loss details from insured and involved parties.
• Explains policy coverages and recommended actions to customers.
• Documents files, communicates with customers and repair facilities.
• Ensures compliance with state regulations and SOPs.
• Arranges and pays for repairs, rentals, towing and storage.
• Applies estimating standards from minor to moderate complexity.
• Paid 6-week virtual training, Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm Pacific Time, starting 12/07/2026.
