Job summary

CSAA Insurance Group is hiring an Associate Auto Claims Adjuster for a remote role. You will handle non-injury auto claims, verify coverages, conduct liability investigations and guide customers through the claims process from home.

Paid 6-week virtual training (Mon-Fri 8:00am-5:00pm PT) starts 12/07/2026. High school diploma or 2 years in a customer-facing virtual environment required; travel to meetings as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Capable of training and performing the job remotely.
• Willing to work any shift during 24/7 operating hours, including evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Investigates, evaluates, negotiates and settles auto and property damage claims.
• Maintain a diary system to review and resolve claims per state guidelines.
• Open claims and obtain loss details from insured, claimants and other parties.
• Explain policy coverages and recommended actions; communicate with customers and repair facilities.
• Document claim files and correspondence; ensure regulatory compliance.
