Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will collaborate with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and settle charges, handling claims by phone and email with a client-focused, professional approach.

The ideal candidate has prior client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and familiarity with CCC estimates and auto insurance processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role is required.
• Strong negotiation skills are essential.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client-focused approach.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability across the team.
• Work effectively in a remote setting with strong time management.
