Job summary

SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States.

You will partner with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates, manage charges, and help move claims toward settlement with accuracy and courtesy. In this position you will handle outbound calls, review CCC estimates, calculate fees for shops and tow yards, and communicate clearly with insurers and clients.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
