Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role across the United States. You will negotiate rates with repair shops, handle claims by phone, and review CCC estimates and total loss charges to ensure accurate fees while maintaining clear client communication.

The ideal candidate will have client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a flexible, startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
