Job summary

SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will collaborate with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handle claims with outgoing calls, and review CCC estimates to ensure accurate charges.

Ideal candidates have prior client service experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. We offer competitive hourly pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly with clients via email and phone.
• Support colleagues and stay organized in a remote setting.
• Manage time effectively in a remote work environment.
