Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role. You will work with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, handling claims related communications.

You will review CCC estimates, calculate fees for shops and tow yards, and communicate professionally by email and phone while maintaining customer-focused service. Candidates should have experience in customer service and strong negotiation skills in a remote startup-like environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency in reading and analyzing CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards with precision.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client-focused approach.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability.
