Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote, full-time position in the United States. You will collaborate with body shops and storage partners to negotiate rates on advance charges and support claims processing from a remote setup.

Qualifications

• Client/customer service experience required.
• Strong negotiation skills essential.
• Proficiency in reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards with precision.
• Communicate clearly with clients via email and phone in a professional manner.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability in a remote team.
• Manage time effectively in a remote setting.
