SolvdUS, Inc is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a full-time remote role in the United States. You will work with our body shop and storage partners to negotiate rates and charges, manage claims, and communicate clearly with clients.

Ideal candidates have client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Excellent written and verbal communication, plus proficiency with computer systems, are required.

Responsabilidades

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a client-focused approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
