SolvdUS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role in the United States. You will negotiate with repair shops, handle claims via outbound calls, and review CCC estimates to ensure accurate charges.

Strong communication and independence are essential to thrive in a startup-like environment with flexible autonomy. Ideal candidates have prior client service experience, solid negotiation skills, and are comfortable learning new systems.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a client/customer service role.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Proficiency reading CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound phone calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review and interpret CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform precise calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly and professionally via email and phone with a friendly, client-oriented approach.
• Support colleagues and foster a culture of accountability.
• Manage time effectively and stay organized in a remote setting.
