Job summary

Solvd US is seeking a detail-oriented Negotiation Specialist for a fully remote role across eligible US states. You will negotiate with repair shops on charges, handle claims calls, and review CCC estimates to ensure accurate billing.

Strong communication and independence are essential in this remote, startup-like environment. Ideal candidates have prior client service experience and solid negotiation skills, with knowledge of auto insurance a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle advance charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims efficiently.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Perform calculations to assess fees for shops and tow yards.
• Communicate clearly via email and phone with a client-focused approach.
• Support colleagues and promote accountability.
• Work remotely with strong time management and organization.
