Solvd US is seeking a Negotiation Specialist to work remotely from anywhere in the United States. You will negotiate with repair shops on charges, review CCC estimates, and handle claims via phone and email.

The ideal candidate has client service experience, strong negotiation skills, and knowledge of auto insurance. You will collaborate with partners, manage time efficiently, and thrive in a startup-like, autonomous environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in client/customer service.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of auto insurance and repairs is a plus.
• Ability to read and analyze CCC estimates is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable with computer systems and quick to learn new applications.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Negotiate directly with repair shops to manage and settle charges.
• Make outbound calls to handle assigned claims.
• Review CCC estimates and total loss charges accurately.
• Calculate fees for shops and tow yards precisely.
• Communicate clearly with clients by email and phone.
• Support colleagues and foster accountability.
• Stay organized and productive in a remote setting.
