Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a Transportation Examiner-CPI Claims to manage and process GAP insurance claims with accuracy. The role reports to Edgar Guillen and allows remote work in TX.

Responsibilities include analyzing loan histories, verifying payments and insurance details, and communicating with customers and underwriters to resolve claims efficiently. Strong software proficiency is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years auto adjusting experience
• Proficiency with auto valuation software
• Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication
• Strong analytical and organizational abilities
• Proven customer service experience, especially in explaining technical or policy-related information

Responsibilities

• Utilize software platforms including AS400, MS Office, Adobe PDF, ISO, CARFAX, Winloan, and Claimtrak.
• Communicate with customers and all parties involved in the claims process.
• Gather and prepare documentation to support claim resolution.
• Analyze loan histories to verify payments, fees, and insurance details.
• Review waivers to determine coverage eligibility and calculate claim amounts.
• Document all correspondence in AS400.
• Monitor pending claims using the GAP list and follow up as needed.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and explain policy terms clearly.
• Use auto valuation tools to assess vehicle values.
• Meet quality standards and service/production goals.
