Job summary

Davies North America is seeking a detail-oriented Transportation Examiner-CPI Claims to join our team. In this role you will manage and process GAP insurance claims with precision and professionalism, working closely with customers, agents, underwriters, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate claim resolution.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years auto adjusting experience, proficiency with AS400 and auto valuation tools, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

3+ years auto adjusting experience.
Proficient with AS400 and auto valuation tools.
Excellent verbal, written, and telephone communication skills.
Strong analytical and organizational abilities.
Proven customer service experience, especially in explaining technical or policy information.

Responsibilities

Utilize software platforms including AS400, Microsoft Office, Adobe PDF, ISO, CARFAX, Winloan, and Claimtrak to perform daily tasks.
Establish and maintain communication with customers and all parties involved in the claims process.
Gather and prepare documentation to support claim resolution.
Analyze loan transaction histories to verify payments, fees, and insurance details.
Review waivers to determine coverage and calculate claim amounts, submitting for final review.
Document all correspondence and claim information in AS400.
Monitor and follow up on pending claims using the GAP pending claims list.
Deliver exceptional customer service and explain policy terms clearly.
