Job summary

DriveTime is seeking an Ancillary Specialist to review and adjudicate GAP product claims. You will verify documents to ensure the correct amounts are applied to loans or returned to customers.

You will work in a fast-paced team environment, communicating clearly with customers and internal partners, meeting tight deadlines, and solving problems with resilience.

Familiarity with GAP/insurance claims is a plus; a high school diploma is required, with a bachelor/associate degree preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or Associate degree preferred.
• Knowledge of GAP and/or Insurance Claims background preferred.

Responsibilities

• Review and adjudicate GAP claims to ensure accurate loan adjustments or customer refunds.
• Verify multiple documents to ensure correct amounts are applied or returned.
• Collaborate with team to resolve complex claims and meet deadlines.
