Qualifications

• Auto collision repair/estimate experience required or preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to multi-task across systems and processes.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information and prepare initial and supplemental estimates.
• Explain coverage and guide insureds through claims process with professionalism.
• Use estimating systems to prepare repair estimates and support claim handlers.
• Evaluate vehicle damage, bid content, and documentation; contact shops/customers as needed.
• Provide timely customer service and handle inquiries throughout the process.
