State Farm is seeking an Auto Estimator for a Remote-Field role based in the San Mateo, CA area. You will collect vehicle information, prepare initial and supplemental estimates, and guide insureds through the claims process with exceptional service.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information from repair shops or customers and prepare initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person.
• Meet with insureds to explain coverage and guide them through the claims process while delivering Remarkable service.
• Utilize automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates and support claim handlers.
• Evaluate bid content, photo documentation, and causation issues to ensure accurate reparability assessments.
• Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers and repair shops to coordinate estimates.
• Provide proactive, professional customer service throughout the claims process.
