Job summary

You will use automated estimating systems, support claim handlers, evaluate damage, and communicate with shops and customers while adapting to flexible hours. A valid driver’s license and auto estimating experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Auto collision repair, auto damage estimating, or auto insurance appraiser experience.
• Excellent customer service, critical thinking, and decision‑making skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multi‑task across technical platforms and tools.
• Valid driver’s license is required.

Responsibilities

• Collect vehicle information and complete initial and supplemental estimates via photos or in person.
• Explain coverage to insureds and guide them through the claims process with great service.
• Use automated estimating systems to prepare repair estimates and provide support to claim handlers.
• Evaluate vehicle damage, causation, and bid content from documentation and photos.
• Communicate with customers and repair shops, maintaining professional service.
• Interact with parties during inspections or claim resolutions as needed.
