Qualifications

• 1+ years of auto property damage claim-handling experience.
• Knowledge of insurance laws and regulations.
• License in good standing; support to license within 3 months.
• Strong analytical and written/verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work remotely and independently.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and process auto property damage claims, including theft and fire losses.
• Gather police reports, records, and witness statements to assess liability.
• Explain coverage decisions in plain language to claimants.
• Collaborate with legal counsel and teams to move complex claims forward.
• Maintain detailed, compliant records of all claim activity.
• Contribute to team KPIs and continuous improvement.
